In the unlikely event that your goods fail to arrive within 14 days of dispatch, you will have the option of either a full refund or a replacement shipment. Where an incorrect address has been given to us with the order we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred. If any goods are received faulty or damaged you must notify us within 7 days of receiving them (via email) quoting your order reference. Deliveries are usually made by either the Royal Mail or Fedex. We are unable to give instructions to the couriers with regards to leaving items elsewhere such as with neighbours or in garden sheds. If, when ordering, you left instructions to this effect we must apologise as this is not possible. Your order may be delayed if there are any unexpected stock shortages. (You will be notified by e-mail or telephone if this is the case). Your order may also be delayed if we fail to get authorisation for payment for your order. (We run independent security checks which include postcode matching, user surnames & card usage patterns. These checks are essential to prevent credit card fraud.
